We got ourselves a game boys

I trust this coaching staff to be smart. If he can't go then they will sit him, if he can they'll play him. They aren't desperate and will just throw him out there.

My hope, and its a longshot, the reason Mahomes could play through the injury was his Oline played elite, hopefully this can get our Oline to focus and toughen up to keep Trevor protected back there a bit more.
The kid is beyond tough and a great leader for the team.
Tough [BLEEP]
Heh.
He did enough for us to win and gutted it out there against a very good D

I don’t blame him for two of those ints

I’m so happy he’s our guy, loved that he isn’t taking any [BLEEP] from any of his receivers and is starting to be more vocal

He's a WARRIOR!!! I'm very happy to have he on our team. You, also, know that he is going to be on that film room tomorow, looking at his mistakes he's very accountable

I have so much respect for him getting in the position to be able to play today and then to go out and do it against a good D and missing parts of his Oline.

A lot of QB's talk about being leaders and being an example for the team but Lawrence showed that today.
and jags still lose.

Wouldn't say he did enough for us to win today, but i'm impressed he was able to play today. Not so impressed by how he played tho. But ofcourse, didn't help having backups at positions we are already weak at either.

Down to the 4th string LT. No running game. His favorite target out. Against an elite pass rush. On the road.

I was actually more impressed today than some of his other wins.

If only his 1st team receiver could actually play.
mentioned in game thread, but dude played thru an MCL that benches most players for 5 weeks and an anlkle that benches most for 5 weeks.

Bashing TL right now is a fool's errand

It wasn't a great game by any means, but those that watched it saw a guy gutting it out and playing well despite the way it may have appeared just reading the box score.
He didn’t look limited by the ankle at all. First 3 passing td game of the year. 2 ints today we’re on WRs not on the same page.

And people though CJ or Rourke would have been able to pull it out against that defense lol

His throwing accuracy looked like he was in pain and compensating every time he planted on the bum ankle to me

His hurried throws under pressure said (to me ) that he was trying to take extra measure not to end the play with a hit (to no avail of course - thanks OL)

I think we totally saw a subpar performance from a guy fighting through injury and affected by it
Some head scratching ints by Lawrence today. I’m confused in disbelief.
