I find it truly hilarious how much some of you completely lose your [BLEEP] over Trevor having a bad game. Forget that everyone had a bad game yesterday but all the blame lands on Trevor.

Relax. Take a deep breath and calm down. Anyone complaining we are 6-3 and want to throw everything away as we lost to a loaded Niners team with a point to prove need to remember where this franchise has been the last decade.

Trevor had a bad game, the O had a bad game, the D a bad game, the coaches a bad game. It happens.

And just remember some of these ridiculous hot takes will look foolish in a few weeks and will be remembered.

on the contrary, any deep route is playing with fire when you have our line blocking for you.

And remind me of the Bucs record? Where they at in a miserable division? It ain't bad. We're getting dubs. Nobody is clamoring for stats or playing time. The goal is to get wins.

That means Lawrence is looking from one sideline to the other and most likely facing pressure almost 50% of the time.

I need someone to tell me a QB that would play at a high level with that happening. Even Mahomes would struggle with that case in point the Super Bowl against the Bucs.

Lawrence has the shortest attempt average yards in the league by a wide margin.  He throws fast because he doesn’t wait for longer passes to develop.

BECAUSE HE CANNOT

Do you not pay attention to the games? Or do you just stare at stat sheets?

This is my question.  Teams get soft when they're up by a bazillion and we still couldn't get a single TD.

Meanwhile CJ and the Texans are lighting the world on fire with worse skill players and a marginally better OL.

My question is does a garbage time tuddie really fix anything? Wasn't that the argument against Bortles? Is that loss any easier to digest if the final was 34-10?

When it's 34-3 and you've been manhandled all day, pack it in, give the young guys some time on the field and collectively run the clock out. I am running the most vanilla offense possible, not revealing any possible tricks up my sleeve that may be more useful in a closely contested match.

Like the Kirk pass that didn't quite hit, we'll see that again I'm sure, but now other teams have film on it.

That poster literally stays away for months and only trolls when Trevor has a bad game, so basically you’re wasting your breath by responding.

After that? You started seeing them play back a bit and not give up the big play. They had some good looking coverage designs yesterday. It showed.

He'll be fine. Eight games left for the pad stat crowd. I just want wins.

Fair enough...  But with all that extra time to sit in the pocket in "garbage time", why still 3 points?
They had an 8 play 78 yard drive which ended in a Kirk fumble on the 6.... This game would have been 20-10 in the 3rd quarter. Momentum swings in our favor and who knows what happens. But instead....

Fact. Before that fumble, the Jags were building momentum. Everyone could feel it in the stadium. Had they scored on that drive, different ball game.
the offense has been haveing bad games since week 1. the defense has carried the team to wins this season. the teal of doom is real,Jags offense is a fluke. they have 3 turnovers a game, and the d gets the ball in good postion for the offense, and even then all they can do is get a fg.

Either way, the SF film is concerning on Trevor. He hasn't exactly been excellent as of now, but it's now going in the other direction. Idc how good/bad your oline is, you can't let your mechanics go in the gutter and start locking on guys. He's either locking in on guys or sped up, he just isn't right this year.

Yup. It is what it is, brutal loss against a powerhouse NFC team, even if they had dropped 3 in a row. If anything, we all should have expected a healthy SF team to come out and be a force like they were, we just weren't up to the task. We're still a good team, and if there was any game to lose, it was this one. Come out and take care of business against Tennessee and all will be right in the world again.

He's definitely sped up, the OL issues have caused his clock to speed up too fast but at the same time, he doesn't have much choice. Also doesn't help when he audibles a play and no one bothers to run it

Not saying this will happen but look at Dak before the SF game and after.

He had 4 TD passes in 4 games. Then got blown out by the 49ers 42-10.

Since then? 12 TDs and 2 interceptions in 4 games and the Cowboys are 3-1 in those games.

Sometimes you need to get punched in the mouth before you wake up. Hopefully that's the case for Trevor and the Jags.

That's what I'm thinking. I think they got a little high on their success and felt a little untouchable.

He's had two bad games this year, the Chiefs and 49rs. Now, what in particular stood out in those games? The O-line couldn't stop Chris Jones or the 49ers Ends. It begins and ends there.

Fixed it.
Interior doesn't get near the credit it deserves. I understand the hype from the ends, but those inside guys are amazing also.  We were lucky enough to be the first team to get destroyed by that nasty line. Lets see how other teams do against them if they stay healthy. I have a feeling our QB won't be the only one that plays bad against them.

I think that's a fair point. Our losses have been to the Chiefs, Niners and Houston (who are now the darling of the NFL). Those are 2 SB favourites and we had a terrible game against Houston. We've also beaten some good teams along the way and have had a pretty tough schedule so far and it stays tough.

I definitely think the Niners game could help us long term. Just refocused everyone in the building and reminds them how ruthless the top teams are and how we aren't there yet. The Niners hit us with their best shot, I'd rather have that than sneak a win against a banged up Niners who beat themselves if you know what i mean.

But I do expect a reaction from the players and coaches as that's the culture they've built there. We beat Houston/Bengals/Ravens and suddenly the whole atmosphere changes.

Best thing to do in that situation is block the nasty commenters or just block out the noise. Whether she likes it or not. Comes with the territory as you said. Fans pay the bills. Some fans suck. It is what it is.

It drastically changes. I am confident it will. This team showed a [BLEEP] ton of resilience last year under worse circumstances. There's no reason not to believe in these guys figuring it out with eight games left.

Not looking for blow out wins or fluid games from start to finish. Just give me a win. By 1 or 100. A win is a win.
