Doing that on the road in a very hostile environment would be huge for Trevor and the team.

If/when we do that, we’ve established we can win a playoff game again this year - cuz that’s basically what this game is going to be.
And what if he throws for 350 and 4 TDs but they lose?

It’s a team sport. If he throws for 350 and 4 TDs im going to feel bad that we lost but I’ll feel great knowing Trevor stepped up and played well.

So - just curious - will you be changing your opinion on who the best AFCS QB is every week depending on which way the wind blows?

No, not every week. I’m hoping Trevor plays well like he did last week and then shows more consistency playing at that high level.
364 yards - 2 TD - 1 iNT

Stroud- 304 - 2 TD

JAGS WIN

That INT has an asterisk on it too because that was the play where Engram was wrangled by Pitre and the refs didn't throw the flag...
ANOTHER WEEK WHERE THE TROLLS HIDE!

LETS GO!
Lawrence was throwing lasers today

23/38 for 364yds, TD, Rush TD, INT (Which was a clear hold)

I wonder what the reason will be this week as to why he had an OK game but not great.

And he beat their darling Stroud.
Man I hate that no call on the int that plus us missing the td before half were what kept them close. Great game by Trevor!!
Spreading the ball all over the field.

If only Ridley catches that TD and Zay gets the 2nd foot down... Whata day

Why is this thread even a thing?  I mean, it's not a discussion anymore.  Can we close this thread and maybe discuss more of the nuances of Trevor's play?

This thread about whether he's a franchise QB is just stupid at this point.

Another thread will just get made so what's the point? This is a everything Lawrence thread.
So, that was another excellent game. The only throw I fault him on was down in the redzone where he was a hair too slow on the read. Otherwise that's a 4 TD performance. The pick irks me but in fairness that was 100% a holding on the defense... Trevor is starting to heat up when it matters. Late November/December football. Hopefully he continues the trajectory and he's red hot in January.

Um, it is a discussion. If this is how we're gonna do things just close the forum. We can have the greasy mods just post the group think and we can all just nod and move on... Let's not pretend Trevor has been fantastic all season.. It's been shaky or up and down most of the way. Luckily for the team and fans, he is starting to string some quality games together. Should have had 4 total TDS today and that interception should have been DPI/holding. Could have been another score on that drive, but hard to know since we got hosed by the zebras.

Because this one is bogged down...  I don't know.  Why not start a thread about Trevor's reading progression...  And then we can all discuss that.

This has just become a stupid thread that really means nothing anymore.  Let this one die and let's discuss something more pertinent.

All I'm saying is that it would be more entertaining and make a better discussion to actually drill down on certain things and have threads for those specific topics.  This is just some huge thread of "Uh-Huh" versus "Nuh-uh"

It's no longer productive.

You can discuss anything Trevor Lawrence related here.  (like everyone else not stamping their feet like a petulant child)
Or you can get hung up win the thread title and moan.

Your choice
Was with company during the game, but wow very impressive game from Trevor and crew. Good [BLEEP], 8-3 baby
