Trevor Lawrence is the best QB in the league, I have no doubt in my mind.  The fact that we have to put him into stupid positions that could get him injured is not acceptable.

The O-Line today played well.  But that one roll out at the end of the game???  We blew them out.  Why is he even playing?  Who cares about his stats.  Get him into the playoffs and let him shine.  This wasn't the time to run up numbers.

Trevor Lawrence is the Truth.  He's the Prince that was Promised.  You protect that guy.  A blowout is a blowout.  You don't gamble with a QB as great as him.

Here’s a newsflash. The NFL game has inherent risk. There isn’t a single play you can call that can eliminate that risk. If you try you’ll make it difficult for the player to be successful. Set him on the bench if you want to make sure there’s no way he’ll get injured.

Uh... The game was over... And he was already hobbled...  And we already blew them out.

But I get it.  Might as well run a crazy play, cuz, why not, right?

Yeah. Was a great pocket, great to watch him scan the whole field and then dot Strange up on the right.

Really good to see Strange get some work today in the receiving game. Was starting to worry a bit.

Hope he makes a few more plays like that on Thursday.

Hope he takes the night off and nurses his injury...

He'll be fine. Just rub some dirt on it.

We HAVE to get some help at OL before the trade deadline. We are going to end up with an injured QB too late in the year to be able to recover. This is a glaring off-season omission by Jaguar management.
He was wearing a brace on his knee after the game

When? Post game interview and in the locker room victory speech video he had nothing on it. And every report I saw said he had nothing on his knee

You must not have watched much NFL football if you thought it was over even at that point. In any case, it wasn’t a crazy play, it looked like they were trying to run another of the rollouts which they’ve run successfully before. Like Pederson said, you run that play a million times and it works, but at some point it doesn’t. That’s the one that gets second guessed.

I don’t know why you think Lawrence was hobbling before then.
We'll know officially more about his knee at some point today.

Would just wait and see at this point instead of speculating now.

I haven’t see anything that says or shows that he was wearing a knee brace.

No one is reporting that.

In fact, it’s actually being reported that he didn’t have a knee brace…..

We need to pull him now and throw as many games as needed until he is 100% healthy. Football isn’t about winning, it’s about healthy players.
ESPN article saying its a bruise on his knee

My only concern is if he has sprained or strained one of those ligaments that we all know the acronyms for but have no idea what they do.

Exactly. And also don’t forget: draft position!
He looks wore out to be honest watching his interview. The bye week will be really nice, hoping we keep a hold over the division at that time.

Maybe it was photo shopped then. I'll see if I can find the pic
Jeff Prosser on 1010 just said he left in a brace.

Should tank for Caleb Williams! He's better! That Notre Dame game was a fluke I tell ya! A fluke!
