He had 4 TD passes dropped today.

I completely understand. Dude needs to stop bouncing passes off guys face masks and making his players fumble.

Did I say he was the only problem?

You have to be blind to think his play isn’t a major problem at this point. I get it we’re stuck with him but I’ve lost all confidence and no longer believe he will ever get it done.

He’s just not good, having to accept that doesn’t feel great. Everyone is gonna come on here and say this that it wasn’t his fault but he was just outplayed by a rookie QB. This franchise is in a very bad state considering we just gave the guy an extension.

Nah, dude, I completely get you. Trevor under-threw Thomas on one of his passes, clearly he's not it.
You just know if Trevor went to another team he would be perennial pro bowler. This team is just baffling, cursed. Don’t matter players/coaches it’s just always the same.

Williams had guys wide open, wasn’t pressured much, had a defense to play against who doesn’t know what “contain” is, and his receivers caught his passes. Trevor literally had FOUR DROPPED TD PASSES.

He comes out the half starts a nice drive deep down the field and his receiver coughs it up.

Literally, what do you want him to do? You say he needs to rise above it and make plays. He tried and this is what he got. He’s in a literal crap fest. And our only hope that IF we get a new GM and HC we might avoid another decade of losing

Yep, if only he caught those three touchdown passes instead of letting them bounce of various body parts it would have been a different story today. And don't get me started on his coverage skills, if he can quit getting called for holding on 3rd down the damn team might get off the field.

He has to stop hitting guys square in the facemask in the end zone, terrible aim, he should be hitting them 9 inches lower in their chest.

Well he can start by actually hitting open receivers consistently. But I agree he’d look a lot better with some help from his receivers and OL.
Well it’s going to be Shad-Baalke-Doug-Trevor for the next decade so we gotta pray for a miracle.
This wasn't really a game to advance the anti-Trevor narrative or shouldn't be at least.
Posted this in the offense thread too. But this is what I see every week:

Facts
Lawrence is fine. We just didn't adjust as a team today. There was no running game and after that first promising series Eberflus snuffed it all out and the rest was all downhill with Caleb playing good football on offense for them.

Just feels like they've reached a point with this staff and front office that the players don't seem to care nor resonate enough with them. Time to move on while we can. I bet Ben Johnson, Bobby Slowik or even Kliff Kingsbury could get A LOT more out of this offense with Lawrence.

I personally would love to take Joe Brady from Buffalo. He’s really helped Josh Allen since he’s been there and I think he could really help Trevor get back on track

Kingsbury is my current choice.  What he's doing with that rookie QB is pretty impressive.  Heck, the Bears OC has done a good job too...

There are so many options.  There's really no reason to keep Pederson.  He's clearly washed out as a HC
Still confused about the Trevor hate. He's clearly not the issue here.

I am not sold on Joe Brady yet. He took over a Bills offense after Ken Dorsey took the fall and they found new life and made a play off push late last year. The last few weeks have been disappointing for the Bills on offense.

Allen played like absolute dog [BLEEP] in Houston and he's more than likely going to struggle against a Jets team that just fired it's coach and is rallying behind Rodgers now and Ulbrich.

Allen is just taking better care of the football, and, if you take away his best game against us, he's been pretty typical for what we're used to seeing out of him. I would honestly take Todd Monken or even Kellen Moore over Joe Brady at this point in time. Liam Coen in Tampa Bay is another name worth watching.
I don't know how anyone could watch that game and list Trevor in the top 10 problems we have right now.
