The owner normally will change the players for the GM/HC. That not working they usually change the GM/HC
I support Trevor Lawrence going to IR. He's one of the few players on this team who can anchor a new regime if Shad Khan decides to pull his head out of his [BLEEP] and do something. BTJ should become "injured" as well. No sense in ruining the golden eggs.

Neither Baalke nor Pederson will let that happen if their jobs are on the line. If he goes on IR you'll likely see both back next year.

You'll have to explain those. If a doctor deems he needs surgery, how can they not allow that to happen? Especially if TL is onboard with that decision (and my gut instinct says he is, with some convincing from his father - all purely speculative).
How do tweedle-dum and tweedle-stupid hold on to their jobs if the team sucks even worse after Lawrence is out?

You guys do know that Trent Baalke is the GM, right? You think the doc won't report to him first what's going on and the prognosis will be what Trent deems it to be?
