MTG said Biden is building on the legacy of LBJ. She meant that as an insult. For the audience she was speaking to, it is one.
But whether Biden is building on LBJ's legacy is not fact but opinion. LBJ was a President who got Medicare passed, fact. Biden is President who got the inflation reduction act passed, fact. Is the one thing like the other? Maybe? The interpretation of historical facts is a matter of opinion.

Biden is not governing well but he's also not getting indicted in 3 different jurisdictions for trying to overturn democracy itself.
I would much rather see pretty much any two other candidates face off.
Pretty much all of the other Republican candidates would be a toss up vs Biden. But I don't think Trump would.
Biden is a sneaky-good debater though. He ate Trump's lunch even while appearing sleepy, and I'm not sure of the debating skills of the current Republican crop. Their resumes are good but their national level charisma is untested (except Pence, who handled Kaine and Harris but not overwhelmingly so. And they are both bad debaters too). The Republican debates will reveal a lot.
