So three presidential advisors  (Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III, Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Mark A. Milley, and Gen. Kenneth McKenzie, the head of U.S. Central Command) say that they recommended a number of troops be left behind in Afghanistan prior to the pullout surrender that took place.  Biden says that he was never told that.  Somebody is lying to the American public, who is it?  I have three theories on this.

1.  Biden is lying when he says that he was never told that.  If this is true, then that is pretty much grounds for impeachment.

2.  Biden stated that (paraphrasing) "nobody said that that I can recall".  If that is true then the 25th amendment is certainly in play.

3.  The advisors are lying to basically "cover their [BLEEP]".

Keep in mind that the three advisors were all under oath at the time that they gave their testimonies.

I personally lean towards either #1 or #2 in this situation, even though I think that all 3 advisors should have been fired by now.

Being that part of Trump's plan was to keep a small presence of troops (and likely CIA operators) in country to keep everyone in check I'd say he was advised to keep to that plan but because it was a Trump administration plan he was against it. He's overturned nearly everything the Trump administration put into place so it wouldn't surprise me if Biden and his admin were against it.

I agree they should all be fired and Biden should be impeached. It needs to go on record that he screwed this up so badly that the UK's parliament held Biden in what is considered an "unprecedented dishonor"- contempt for the withdrawal fiasco and it came from across the political spectrum. They condemned Trump for many things but they never formally held him in contempt of anything. To me that's saying something because those folks loathed Trump like nobody's business.

You are probably correct on that.
China sends more aircraft toward Taiwan, one day after largest ever incursion | Fox News

I can't help but believe China is emboldened to do this because Hunter and the "Big Guy" will be threatened to be cutoff, or outed, if the U.S. takes a stand with Taiwan. Then there's that whole Afghanistan thing telegraphing Joe's reluctance to do anything militarily bold.
Classic battle of old money vs new money.

Trump's plan was to have everybody out in March of 2021.
Everybody being the operative word…

Does the parent interviewed in his car really believe these kids executed this on their own?
So my latest, required, DE&I training was yesterday.

I learned that I have to apologize for 'micro aggressions' whatever the [BLEEP] they are.  I also learned the proper way to ask someone what their 'pronoun' is because I don't want to offend someone that does not 'identify' with he or she.

You have to be [BLEEP] kidding me.  I'm getting so sick of this [BLEEP].  My company is so over the top with it.  They're worried about offending all these [BLEEP] groups but they don't care about ho much they offend a straight, heterosexual, male or female.  I'm going to blow up one of these days and just quit.  I'm already counting the day to retirement as it is.  This is just fueling the desire.

Oh, the best part is that I have to come up with a DE&I 'action plan'.

Make sure you grab the red Swingline before you burn the place down..
I would like to inform everyone that I would, from this day forward, identify with the phrase 'Yo Beer Dude'.

If anyone refers to me otherwise, I will henceforth become quite offended and may pursue legal action.

I keep getting 'required' to take these [BLEEP] courses to 'open my eyes'.  But all they do is piss me off.
[BLEEP] them for trying to destroy the English language.
What the heck does DE&I stand for anyway?

As for international pronoun day; They, Them, Those and It can kiss my hetero female [BLEEP]. I don't care how anyone identifies, I don't care who people sleep with as long as it's consensual, I don't care who does what as long as it's not hurting others or infringing on the rights of others. Truly. I. Don't. Care.

What I do care about is being preached at and told what to think. I don't like being influenced. I don't like being told what I have isn't good enough so I need to buy the latest and greatest. We stream from several platforms and pay extra to have ZERO ads on Hulu and others that offer the choice between that or limited ads. If they don't offer a choice we don't subscribe. During football games I mute the sound during commercial breaks.

Bottom line: I DON'T LIKE BEING TOLD HOW & WHAT TO THINK.

I am perfectly capable of making up my own mind about something. It must be sad to live in the mind of someone who needs others to tell them what to think and say. To not have critical thinking skills and be able to make a decision or choose something has got to be a sad existence. I almost feel sorry for liberal progressives who lead these sad lives. On the other hand I want to [BLEEP] slap them into the reality that not every single thing is about them.
