To be fair, I believe it's a relatively small percentage that actually support this ideology. The mainstream Democrats are living in a vacuum and the far left are the only ones doing the talking. Nobody is emerging as a voice of reason within the party.

It's the weakest of males that can not compete in the men's sports division that suddenly decide that they are really women so they can become the top athlete in the women's division so they can feel great about themselves, pat themselves on the back and feel like they accomplished something so they can continue their delusions of grandeur. It looks like basically every choice Disney made in developing this movie was either bad from the jump or poorly executed.
Similar to the Star wars sequels, they seem to have made this new movie by committee, with various committee members insisting on having various elements in the movies, but none of those elements actually go together to make a good movie.
All that said, I really doubt a straight ahead, super faithful remake of the 1937 movie would sell today, either. The original movie has very little character depth or development, which is not surprising because a cartoon movie had never been attempted before. Snow White almost never has meet and greets at the parks. The Evil Queen is always part of a spooky walk through for Mickeys Not So Scary, but Snow White comes out much less often.

When you understand that "The Fairest of them All" refers not to looks but to the application of socio-economic justice aims to create a fair and equitable society where everyone has equal access to opportunities, resources, and rights, regardless of their socioeconomic status, promoting a more just and prosperous society for all and State ownership of the means of production then the whole plot falls right in to place.
And Snow White is available to meet daily in the German Pavilion at Epcot between the hours of 11am and 6pm. You can find her next to the wishing well between Karamell-Kuche and the Bauernmarkt outdoor kitchen.
