I have a question I have been curious about. Are people who lack basic common sense aware that they lack basic common sense, or are they truly oblivious?
I'll reword this. Are you aware that you lack basic common sense? Is it a surprise to hear it? Do you feel like you actually have common sense and everyone else around you simply doesn't? Do you believe in common sense and the notion of "trusting your gut"?

If there is such a thing as common sense, the idea that most people's opinions about most things change based on facts should be part of it.
If there is such a thing as common sense, the fact that religions are opinions that don't depend on fact but rather on faith should be part of it.
If you don't have these ideas, to name a few, how can you claim that you have common sense but I don't?
