Proud Boys infiltrated by over dozen FBI informants on Jan. 6: Trial uncovers stunning clue that could flip case

Hear the Democrats tell it, and the events of Jan. 6, 2021, were a planned "insurrection" by far-right groups -- and at the tip of the spear were the Proud Boys.

Wait a minute. I thought the January 6 incident was just a peaceful bunch of tourists taking a look at the Capitol, after the police let them in and escorted them around. Why are we concerned about whether the FBI helped a bunch of tourists peacefully tour the Capitol?
Most of us agree there was a small fraction of agitators. Show me anyone who hasn't agreed to that. Those of us who said that also said that there were FBI agents and ANTIFA folks among those agitators, to which you dismissed us as conspiracy guys. When are you actually going to let the evidence change your mind on something, Marty?

This was to be expected and predictable. Instead of speaking on how we can protect our children and what a [BLEEP] lunatic this person was. We'll begin to see a narrative painted to sympathize with this piece of trash. The media absolutely has zero shame these days. Zero.

Would be a completely different story though if it was a honkey from the right side of the aisle.

I looked through their twitter though. The New York Post. They seem to be somewhat fair with their clickbait. They had another one posted an hour ago about a drag queen straddling a girl in a Carolina school sparking outrage. Yeah, no [BLEEP]. It should spark outrage. It's a school. Not a strip club. The school administration should be put on leave for that kind of [BLEEP]. It's wrong.

Meh, there is still fascination with Jeffrey Dahmer's story all these years later.  No one is saying Dahmer is a victim.  But a significant minority of people want to understand his mindset.

'$5 million is too little:' Activists tell California reparations committee to aim higher | Fox News

Activists on Wednesday demanded that the state of California pay millions of dollars to each Black resident in reparations as a way to make amends for slavery and subsequent discrimination, dismissing the idea of payments of $5 million per person as "nothing" and "too little."...

"I believe that 5 million in reparations is too little for the work that foundational Black Americans have done for this country and as well for other countries," one speaker said. "I believe that 7.6 million [dollars] is a number that can be used very wisely in our foundational Black American communities."

Foundational Black Americans are descendants of Black people who were enslaved in the U.S. According to the speaker, reparations are overdue for all foundational Black Americans both for the suffering they endured and for helping "every culture get on their feet." He also called for various other reparations measures, such as giving 40 acres and a tractor and colleges agreeing not raise tuition prices for foundational Black American families.

"To try to keep holding foundational Black Americans back from what is due for us is just another form of slavery," he concluded. "It is preposterous and totally absurd."...

Another activist identified as Reverend Tony Pierce similarly said current reparations proposals aren't enough.

"Where's the money? Where's the cash? Where's the check?" Pierce asked emphatically. "$5 million, San Francisco's already made a move. $5 million is nothing, and I'll tell you why."

Pierce argued that $5 million spread over 50 years would only amount to $100,000 year, and then with taxes, "you'll be lucky if you end up with $40,00 a year."

The reverend added that $223,000 for housing isn't sufficient, saying anti-Black discrimination such as "predatory lending" is prevalent.

"Where's the money?" he concluded with a raised voice...

I wonder what the folks at ancestry.com are thinking about this.  They could get a tsunami of DNA samples.

California during the gold rush was probably the worst place and time in all of human history to be a native American.
But the state never participated in African slavery.
I don't get it.

Their PE ratio is only 8.  Pays a nice dividend, too.  It's a buy.

But I'd bet they oppressed the Mexican Americans a lot.  Where's the reparations for that?  And how about the Chinese who came over to build the railroads?

Can't wait to see the moderates interpret this to fit their world view. I'm going to go with "ignore" as the best option for them.
