That message was about 4 hours too late.
What did he tweet in the 11am hour? 12 pm? 1 pm? When did he find out that there was violence? When did he find out there was a breach?

You're desperate to have Trump found guilty of something/anything.  I'm sure he was briefed within minutes, but the timing is irrelevant.  The President does NOT oversee the Capitol Police.

Post the tweets. What were the next things he tweeted after he found out about the violence at the Capitol?

I have no idea what he tweeted.  Why does it matter?  Are you suggesting it was a call to violence?

Trump Supporters try to overthrow The Government without firearms.. News at 11..

If they wanted to overthrow the Government, I'm pretty sure weapons would have been used and there would have been a ton more bloodshed.

I guess Santa didn't bring Mikey any common sense for Christmas..

When someone bypasses a metal detector, you have no way to know if they are armed or not, until you frisk them.

And in any case, most of the French and Russian revolutionaries were unarmed for the initial phases.

That would explain why she allowed the Capitol police to stand down and let people into the building.

Mike you're the one with a boner for Trump being forever punished for this. If you want to see tweets that back up your agenda you look for them and post them. Otherwise shut up.

Dude is getting red pilled right before our eyes lol
"The more Fetterman heals from his brain damage the more conservative he becomes ... the left of course are angry as hell and heads are exploding," X user @JohnJGaltrules wrote.

Lol. I guess the stroke rewired his brain in an unexpected way.

14:24 - Trump is watching the news at the White House, seeing the violence.  He knows that the building is breached all officials are being evacuated.  Pence is hiding with the secret service.  The rioters are displaying signs and making chants for his death and Pelosi's death.  TV is mentions these threats. Trump tweets.  He doesn't tweet "stop breaking the law!" He doesn't tweet "let the officials do their jobs!" He doesn't tweet "stop attacking cops!". No.  He tweets "Mike Pence lacks the courage!"
Then 15:13.  He knows that people who should not be there, and were not screened, and who were chanting death threats, are in the building.  He doesn't say "leave." He doesn't say "go home".  He says "stay peaceful.". He wanted them to stay and maintain the pressure situation so that Congress could not re-convene.  He still had hope that Pence would leave the site.  If Pence chose to leave that would delay things until the next day at least, and allow him to claim that the constitution was not being followed.

You're apparently unfamiliar with the most fundamental concept in our criminal justice system, the presumption of innocence.  The burden of proof is on the moving party.
If you want to claim Trump's alleged tweets were a call to violence, fine, present your evidence and I'll consider it objectively.  If not, stop your whining.

Winger's point, which you're either ignoring or simply not astute enough to grasp, is that, had the intent been to overthrow the government, they would have brought and used weapons.

P.S.  I'm sorry Santa didn't bring you a Trump doll in an orange jumpsuit for Christmas.

For the record, you’ve gone from saying Trump called for violence to he didn’t say to not be violent (paraphrasing).

You're right that if this was court, the burden of proof would be on me, but it would be preponderance of evidence, not beyond a reasonable doubt.
But I'm not suing, this is not court, and you're not Trump.
There is clearly a preponderance of evidence out there that Trump encouraged an insurrection in the days leading up to it, and continued to encourage it until about 4 PM that day.
He expected some or all of the police and national guard to be on his side and he expected Pence to leave so the procedure would be on hold indefinitely. When those things didn't happen he gave up.

His speech starting at noon and his tweets leading up to the day were calls to violence.  His first few tweets after the violence started were failures to call for the violence to end.  From the commander in chief, when he knows that a riot or insurrection is ongoing, a failure to call for it to end is effectively a call for it to continue.

OMG, I said 'dead end'. I'm calling for death!
