Donald Trump's allies fear he has sabotaged his presidential campaign by 'choosing to lose' and allege he may be suffering from PTSD after his assassination attempt. This all seems to be coming from a known leaker who is/has been pushed out. Conway isn't happy with the VP pick and seems she made promises to some people that she would keep the Ukrainian money laundering bank open. Vance is with stopping all that and the warhawks are not happy.

This all started after Vance was picked and Conway mysteriously registered as an agent for Ukraine. Then some crazy, racist podcaster is being used to leak negative stories, when he doesn't like Trump, and that then is used to push some of the stories towards MSM rumors.
