Everyone ages differently. There are plenty of octogenarians who are mentally acute.
However, if we have a minimum age restriction then a maximum age limit should be in place as well. The stresses of the job are not for the aged.

Dementia can do this too. My stepdad has frontotemporal dementia, the same as Bruce Willis, and his personality is a complete 180 from what is was. He was a Type A personality before and now he just reads and naps all day. His long term memory is sharp but not so much with the short term. He gets stressed when things are out if place or his routine is interrupted but he's not a mean dude. He just kind of shuts down.
It sincerely concerns me that Biden is as mentally compromised as he is and he's the POTUS. I feel he's being used on so many levels and in ways that would be considered elder abuse if he was a regular citizen. It's not fair to him or this country. OTOH he does retain enough of his personality that I believe he allows this to happen, or did initially, which makes me not feel sorry for him at all.

It's definitely elder abuse and they won't give it up because the whole family gets charged with crimes if he isn't there.

The whole point of puberty blockers is they are not permanent. They just delay the secondary sexual changes, nothing more, nothing less.
Cross gender hormone therapy, such as giving a person with a penis estrogen or a person with a vagina testosterone, would be more akin to a tattoo. With that, some of the effects are permanent and some are not.
