They were informants - so people who supplied info to the FBI.  So they could just be an adult version of snitches.

These were just the paid snitches that are used so the FBI can claim they aren't involved. They all have handlers are are told what to do. There were lots more involved with the feds there. Supposedly none of them have been charged.

Normally people would understand the person is just pissed off. Now though you can't do that because the laws aren't on your side. She doesn't own any guns and I doubt she has the means but she'll be facing jail time because she said something while upset.

Unless there was more to the recording or interview, it seems like overkill. Put a flag on her file for local police and if she tries to purchase a gun, alert them, and let them handle it. Putting her in jail for a heated conversation where you are understandably frustrated probably isn't the best thing to do.

This is the reason my son and his friends voted Republican. Also, the reason they want to read this board when they come by to read and giggle at the latest nonsense from a few of our posters. While I am at it I honestly want to thank them for their part in swaying people to vote Republican last election ....

I actually have been encouraging them to join. (not that we would let you know the connection  WEG)  Between their band and real life businesses this seems to be not on their priority list. After raising 3 independent thinking children, I know the old adage applies here. The more I press them the less they will want to do it.

When she prefaced the statement 'You'll be next' with a direct reference to the execution of a heath care company CEO, I would be willing to bet it'll hold up in court as a threat to commit an act of terrorism. If she gets anything more than probation is doubtful. The system will slap her around a little and then let her off. It's fitting.
