I agree there should be no consideration of race in college admissions, but I don't think this decision will actually achieve that.
Harvard was using subjective "personal" factors to hide the racial preferences they were trying to implement.  The decision says this is wrong, but it still allows Harvard to gather data about the race of applicants, and still allows Harvard to create subjective criteria for admissions, and doesn't punish Harvard with any kind of monetary judgement or consent decree.  
So Harvard may keep doing what they've been doing and just try to hide it better.

Harvard is private. This will have its biggest impact in public universities.

I saw an interesting piece on youtube, from msnbc, in which they discussed how Trump will beat the rap on this classified document thing. It starts at the 2:00 mark of this video. Basically, all he needs is one juror to refuse to convict him.

That's exactly what's going to happen.
If you assume that 20% of people like Trump enough that they will never convict him, and assume that those people will lie to the lawyers so they can sound unbiased, there is only a (1 - 0.2)^12 = 7% chance that all 12 jurors vote to convict, regardless of evidence presented.

That's another great reason why the trial it should be on TV.  Whether the jury convicts him or not, let the American people see the evidence and hear the arguments.
