The previous raid made sure to secure and cleanup the evidence. Now he can be charged since his protection is in police custody.
Seriously now, I don't think he was that high up. He may have had some parties and some important people may have attended, but I doubt he is important enough to kill. He beats women, threats them bad, forces them to have sex with other men, etc but I don't think he is out there doing what Epstein did. He is basically accused of being a pimp.
There are other rumors of him raping young men, using his power and promises to get them to do what he wanted. Also some pedo stuff but that is rumors and I don't know that anyone has formally accused him of it.
