China and Russia attempting to make inroads to South America. They’ve been trying for decades to get a foothold into our hemisphere. Russia had to let go of Cuba once the USSR collapsed. China is hoping to do make the same acquisition with their wealth. 

This is just another iteration of the Belt and Road program. They’ll get Venezuela indebted to the reds and then use that to manipulate their government.

It depends how it is done. The way they are doing it is not legal as they are not employees or contractors. They are basically paying for your vote but they are trying to hide it. It's the same way with the ballot mules.

Every single moderate on this board enables this behavior. This is completely unacceptable, and it's not an exception or an outlier. It's an entitlement that has been given by normal people who won't stand up to this nonsense.
