However, Chauvin was still guilty of manslaughter, imo, because he should have been trying to get him to the hospital. His disregard for Floyd's state of being was a direct contributor to Floyd's death. I don't think he should have been convicted of murder, but mobs gonna mob.

Minnesota has its own unusual laws.  He was convicted of "unintentional second degree murder." I agree there was nothing premeditated about it, nothing intentional, nor any kind of rage or passion.  I would bet that's what the Minnesota statutes say.  In another state that might be manslaughter.  In MN it was 2nd degree murder.

In either case the conviction is wrong. We all know it, the guy is the virgin fed to assuage the volcano.
If pictures are worth 1000 words, this one speaks volumes and tells the absolute truth.....

False.  The trial didn't begin for 8 months.  The political stuff had all shaken out by then. Biden was President.

If you really believe that you weren't paying attention or you're being willfully ignorant.

I agree. This is a hate crime, yes? Hopefully I don't see this happen while I'm out and about. Other than calling 911 I can't say how I would react to the perpetrators.

I said nothing about any belief.
The date of George Floyd's death, the dates of various riots, the date of the 2020 election, the inauguration, and the trial start date are all facts in the public record, not beliefs.

It's gonna be hard to pin it as a hate crime if they only attacked one of the two Jews in the video.  The video is unclear.  But yeah, assault and battery charges are a slam dunk.

"...educational equity..."

This is all fine and good, I suppose. If you choose to allow the public schools to hinder your child academically, that's your own fault. Too bad for the kid, though. Preaching college attendance while not enforcing standards sends a conflicting message. More liberal arts majors? Best way to keep the Democrat voter rolls populated.

But if they're going to suspend standards, then bring back VoTech and/or VoAg classes for those who don't want to go to college. Preaching college attendance while not enforcing standards sends a conflicting message. Give kids real options besides dumb and dumber.
Where there's smoke..

This is the 2nd time I've heard of his failing health in the last month alone..

Hmmmmm.. I mean..
That's the whole plan in a nutshell.. Destroy the establishment, and that's one of many reasons why he has my vote..

The city is out of money. The budgets are being killed for every department and these are budgets that were already strapped and trimmed. They are going to quickly have to start deporting people or the city is going to end up collapsing or revolting.
