Help me understand how the FBI knew, before Trump was President, that Biden accepted a bribe, then they managed to keep this information from Trump for 4 years. How is that possible?

Trump spent an entire phone call with Ukraine asking for dirt on Hunter Biden. You think that was the only time he ever asked anyone for dirt on the Biden family? He never brought it up with the FBI?

Sure, but we saw during the 2016 election that they don't necessarily agree about what that agenda is.
Let's assume Grassley isn't just BSing. If he's not, that would mean that someone in the FBI stepped outside their command structure, saying, "I saw this happening but I don't have the memos that prove it happened." Why didn't that person step out sooner? Why weren't they able to get the memos?
