I just think it's awfully easy to say we're going to cut the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and Planned Parenthood. Whoop de doo.
They need to cut things that are much much larger and actually painful. I doubt they have the courage to do that. Time will tell.

Agreed. Kick it back to the states like abortion. It is basically a service not defined in the constitution. The States have the responsibility and authority of all things not defined. As for Marty wanting painful I believe they charge double for that...
Planned parenthood should be eligible to participate in Medicaid just like any other provider.
That's it. They shouldn't get anything extra.
But they also shouldn't be excluded from Medicaid just because they do things that are legal but unpopular.
