That's not new info. The lower limit for lethal fentanyl is not well established. Up to 20 ng/mL is sometimes used for anesthesia. But that's by itself. Floyd obviously had meth in his system too, and other stuff.
Regardless of if Chauvin actually killed him, there is never any excuse to lean on another man's neck for 9 minutes, especially when an uninvolved and unrelated bystander who clearly has medical training is begging you to stop.

The city should be forced to appeal and recover it or they aren't following their duties. Someone will probably be forced to sue the city for not going after the money.
The reality is that the agreement was entered into legally, so I doubt anything can be done since it was a settlement and not a judgment. Everyone involved should be sued and forced to resign and pay whatever they can get from them. This was all known but it didn't matter much and they covered it up.

No it doesn't. Look, I was one of the few people who pointed the fentanyl in Floyd's system. That came out in the trial. However, Chauvin was still guilty of manslaughter, imo, because he should have been trying to get him to the hospital. His disregard for Floyd's state of being was a direct contributor to Floyd's death. I don't think he should have been convicted of murder, but mobs gonna mob. I don't think it takes away his family's claim of wrongful death. Again, that's just my opinion.
