Yet the dems cheered him like a messiah when he made his declaration. I believe Pelosi was the only one who wagged a finger.

Of course, because it's all just more political theatre.  Now they can blame the "extremist"  right-wing supreme court and MAGA Republicans.  The more boogeymen they can blame, the more votes they can grab. And people fall for it every time.

$800 billion?

The money spent on defending Ukraine is money well spent, but it's not $800 billion.
Vote for me and I'll eliminate student debt, Jack!

I wonder what the polling on the issue is.
Most people don't go to college and most people who do end up with about $20k in debt or less.
Gawd, I hope this isn’t staged because it’s too hilarious.

I don't doubt that there are people out there that might have done and said what she said, but why would he have started recording her before knowing what she was knocking on the window about?
Nothing like a tongue bath from an unabashed leftist MSM outlet to finish the week.

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson’s bold debut and independent streak (msn.com)

...Most notably, Jackson’s presence led to a remarkably pointed exchange last week with Clarence Thomas, the only other Black justice on the bench, about the meaning of race and racial disparities in the United States. In her dissent from the court’s landmark decision rejecting the use of race in college admissions, Jackson responded directly to Thomas’s interpretation of a colorblind Constitution and his harsh critique of what he described as Jackson’s view that “almost all of life’s outcomes may be unhesitatingly ascribed to race.”...

You know, like the overt racial and gender discrimination leveraged by our government to land her job.

This is the same woman who wouldn't define a woman during the Congressional interview process.

Yes, roguishly "independent".  Rolleyes
MAUREEN CALLAHAN: The coward Parkland deputy and why America is now devoid of valor (msn.com)

...Just look to police and armed security guards, no longer expected, as inherent in their very job description, to put their own lives at risk in order to save young innocents.

What must our nation look like to the world?

In Peterson’s case, we have a 6’4”, 250-pound former sheriff’s deputy, with over three decades in law enforcement, who stood by and did nothing as a lone gunman shot up Parkland's Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in 2018.

Fourteen students and three adults were killed. Seventeen more were injured. Video shows Peterson hiding for 40 minutes, long after the shooter was apprehended.

On Thursday, a jury found him not guilty of all charges, including seven counts of child neglect...

I would say the Nashville and Allen, Tx mass shooting responses argue against this.

These people (this clown and the Uvalde bubbas) may have avoided judgement in the court of law, but their reputations are forever destroyed.
More importantly, it reaffirms the importance of the second amendment.

True, they may never work in law enforcement again, I just hope we're training the guys still in that profession, and the guys coming up, to put their lives on the line to end these situations quickly.

Exactly because while some pervert is shoving his hand down your daughter or granddaughter’s pants you need to count on them to stop it after you walked in on the act.

I think we can all agree Hunter Biden is a criminal and an idiot.  That said, if Hunter were to be found guilty of anything, couldn't President Biden simply pardon him as all of the former presidents have also abused their power that has been granted to them through this existing position as President?   I've always thought the entire pardoning power was stupid and it seems like that authoritative power has been getting more and more abused throughout time.
