It's important to learn that, for most leftists or Democrats, most of the time they allege racism, it is completely insincere.
They don't actually think racism is the most interesting thing about whatever they are talking about. They just want you to shut up and agree with them. It's an intimidation tactic, a red herring. The public has started reacting poorly to it, but the intellectuals are still struggling.
I am still surprised that any Republican won any election this year. After all, the only issues Republicans had to run on were the failing economy, the border crisis, the crime crisis, the education crisis, and the wars Biden mishandled. The Democrats had a very articulate and convincing policy solution for everything, such as liking yellow school buses, green lawns, becoming unburdened, and drawing Venn diagrams. Well, who doesn't like a Venn diagram? The Democrat losses are inexplicable! </sarcasm>
