So I tried to do a little research into this and didn't see anything.. This would include legally carrying without a permit in a vehicle as well, correct?

That explosion up in PA last week at that chocolate plant was horrible, something from a Hollywood action movie, even.. But, I guess falling into a vat of chocolate is one of the better ways to protect yourself from explosion harm lol.

I am all for permitless concealed carry.  Legal open carry would be foolish though.

Well I understand that carrying a firearm in your vehicle is legal, but must be enclosed and away from immediate use.. I'm just wondering if that bill that DeSantis signed had any effect on that..

$80 a barrel and climbing.. Right in time for summer vacations.

This was pretty bad (imo).. Cop used the PIT Maneuver to stop a car who refused to pull over. Very excessive in my opinion as there was really no place to actually pull over safetly.. I think this happened a few years ago as the woman settled with the police department.. The woman was also pregnant.

I mean, she even threw her hazards on.
I wonder if insurance will cover that. I’m betting not.

I'm sure the damages she won in the settlement way more than covered it.
I should have scrolled on the link. I’m was under the impression this happened very recently.

Sooner or later, it may be called BRIMCSJACDSOY

Well done, Brandon!
I want to make a joke about BRICS competing with LGBTQ for letters in the alphabet, but it's really to terrible for me to joke about. How can people not see the damage of leftist policies?

Forgot the +..

We can call it BRICS+ for short.
The USD was crushing the yen before covid. Soon the USD will be completely replaced as the world currency all together.

If you read the article, what they're mad about are the policies of Trump.

"Mexico’s move comes amid growing tensions with its northern neighbor, the United States, over issues such as immigration, border security, trade and human rights. The US has imposed tariffs on Mexican goods, threatened to cut off aid and demanded that Mexico do more to stop the flow of migrants from Central America."

Those aren't leftist policies, unless you want to call Trump a leftist.

Biden signed everything put in front of him to overturn anything Trump did while in office. Apparently he didn’t overturn this. Is Biden Trump’s puppet?

You seem like a reasonable person most of the time, but on occasion you allow your seething hate for Trump to override any sense of reason.

Biden lied.  Some of the things Trump did, Biden liked.  This was one of them.  Both men have very smart advisors with various opinions.  I'm sure one of them weighed the risks of aggravating Mexico, and the advisors and their respective bosses decided to proceed anyways.

If anyone is not using their sense of reason, it might be WingerDinger.  At the very least he didn't thoroughly read the article he linked.

Wink

Why don't you read it to me.. That way, you can add your own spin to it. And use your best Don Lemon voice. I'm sure you've been practicing.

Lol, Marty... c'mon man. The Mexican President liked Donald Trump. Everything you read about Trump and Mexico was manufactured by a largely liberal media that wanted to make it seem like Trump hated Mexico and Mexicans. Classic demagoguery, but you guys just keep giving too much credit to our media complex. It's true that Lopez Obrador disliked Trump. He had political affiliations with the democrats and bought into the narrative about Trump... that is right up until he met him and renegotiated the North American Trade Pact. After that, he consistently referred to Donald Trump as a friend who understands Mexicans.

I will never understand why you guys fail to see what's right in front of your face. Democrats believe they are above the law. They believe they can craft the world they want with ZERO input from other nations. This trend is going to continue as more and more nations look to get out from under the oppressive thumb of progressive policies, and you can't blame TRUMP for that. He's just the scapegoat.

Enrique Peña Nieto renegotiated NAFTA with Donald Trump and Justin Trudeau. AMLO became the President of Mexico in 2018, after that.  Nieto is kind of the archetype of a corrupt and ignorant Mexican politician.  He and Trump rarely got along publicly because Trump only wanted to talk about Mexico paying for the wall.  After NAFTA was renegotiated and rebranded, Trump decided that he would count that as his "win" of "Mexico paying for the wall" and he didn't bother Nieto's successor AMLO about it, so they were able to have a more productive relationship.

I agree that Trump didn't hate Mexico.  I don't think anyone hates Mexico, but some people are too scared of Mexicans coming here and changing our culture, and others are too scared of factories moving to Mexico.  Trump very cynically played both groups perfectly with his ridiculous campaign promise.  It came across as racism to some, and their leaders were also cynical, happy to exploit that.

I think we all hope that Mexico is able to reduce its problems and become more prosperous.  It will become a nicer place to visit, at the very least!
