It is illegal for government employees to do so. Part of their terms of employment.
It's also important to note that both leakers, as clearly stated in the article, are suspected of being within the ranks of the FBI.
This is a great reminder of why you should read before you comment. Less likely to look like an idiot. He won't care though.
Today I learned that PornHub is a Canadian company. I bet if they blocked it in America, this whole trade war would end prematurely.

Trans inmate in prison for killing baby must get gender surgery at 'earliest opportunity': judge
A psychologist testified the inmate had a mental illness and didn't need a sex-change operation
A federal district judge in Indiana has once again ordered the state Department of Correction (IDOC) to arrange a sex reassignment surgery for a transgender inmate convicted of reckless homicide of a baby, marking the latest development in the ongoing legal saga challenging an Indiana law banning the procedure.
The case, now in its second year, involves inmate Autumn Cordellioné's request for sex reassignment surgery. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) first filed the lawsuit against the Indiana Department of Corrections in 2023 on behalf of Cordellioné, challenging an Indiana law that prohibits the Department of Corrections from using taxpayer funds to cover sex reassignment surgeries for inmates. The ACLU argues the law is a violation of the Eighth Amendment’s prohibition of "cruel and unusual punishment."

How many federal departments are unconstitutional? How many violate the tenth amendment? So far none have been really challenged in court. Example, education is not mentioned in the constitution. How many others are there?
Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

About 80% more or less. The Establishment has tortured the General Welfare Clause the way TDoof tortures intelligence, logic, and courage.

The courts have used a really tight doctrine of standing, meaning, unless you can prove that the federal overreach is hurting you in a particular way, they won't consider the merits of your constitutional argument. The justices don't seem to have much appetite to change that, either.

Well I can think of a few.
The US spends more per student than anyone in the world and since the creation of the Department we have dropped compared to the rest of the world. The big Fail.
The grooming of elementary children by the educational institution at the urging of the Department. Not their job. It is illegal.
Children who cannot be given an aspirin without parental approval have been given transition drugs.
There are more....
This is a year old but.... Even State Senators are waking up.......
Nebraska State Sen. Mike McDonnell changes party affiliation
State senator representing South Omaha district is joining the Republican Party
OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - A Nebraska state senator censured last month by the state Democratic Party said Wednesday that he is formally joining the GOP.
Mike McDonnell made the announcement at noon in the Nebraska Capitol Rotunda. He represents Dist. 5 in South Omaha, between 72nd Street and Interstate 480.
The Nebraska Democratic Party censured McDonnell in March after he voted alongside Republicans particularly on matters regarding reproductive rights and rights of transgender Nebraskans. There had been talk of a formal censure last summer over the same issues, but no such vote was taken.
In a statement Wednesday, NDP Chairwoman Jane Kleeb reinforced the party’s decision to censure him, denying the action had anything to do with McDonnell’s religious beliefs or affiliation. (I say that pure Male Bovine Droppings what she's claiming)

Nebraska's Senate is officially non-partisan.
