I don't understand why these supposedly affluent people who live in this burn area aren't fireproofing their houses. I recall a picture from years ago when a fire raged through the hills around Oakland, consuming everything in its path. It was a hellish landscape afterwards. In the middle of all the destruction stood a house in pristine condition, untouched by the inferno. It was clad in stucco and stone with a Spanish tile roof and surrounded by succulent plant beds. These people continued life mostly unscathed while the world around them had to be rebuilt. You would think that house would be a model to emulate. Apparently not.

And then, if he changes it, other countries aren't obligated to change the name of the gulf.  It would be like if Mexico came out and said it was renaming the USA to North Mexico or South Canada.

And then, if he changes it, other countries aren't obligated to change the name of the gulf.  It would be like if Mexico came out and said it was renaming the USA to North Mexico or South Canada.

It is going to be a long 4 years for people if they freak out over Trump trolling the nations that have been taking advantage of us. Mexico has been allowing Chinese and other nations companies to trans ship steel and other products through their country to take advantage of the current favorable trade deal they have.
