Non-citizens are not allowed to vote in federal elections but they sure are being registered and not told they can't vote. How do states know who should be given a full ballot vs a state only vs federal only? They don't because they refuse to ask and/or store the status.
What happens is the person votes occasionally without knowing they couldn't. Green card holders are having these issues and trying to make sure they get removed but finding it difficult. They are worried it will affect them if it shows they voted.
I would think most will not vote unless the mail-in ballots make it look like they have to or some rumors spread that they have to to continue getting benefits. Democrats want the registration entries so they can vote for them and generate the ballots.

Only a few counties in the whole US have opened local elections to non citizens. No state legislature is elected this way. And these counties are entirely in solid blue states anyhow.

I turned it off about the same time. The young kid came in aggressive as well and started speaking before being addressed or even getting himself sat and then quoted a daily show skit as evidence. It's ok to be passionate about topics, but if the goal is to find the truth or common ground, people that are on opposite sides of a topic and who are emotionally invested in their side of things are generally not going to do that or have any epiphanies along the way. But this was a show made for consumption and that doesn't sell as well.
I will say, I definitely felt it when the woman that was 2.5 hours late got called out for it. What a disrespectful [BLEEP]. I might have bit my tongue were I there, but would have had a hard time respecting anything she had to say regardless.

The daily show thing was fair game. The young man is saying, I don't know many of you MAGA folks, but I saw some of you behaving this way on the daily show, please explain. It is EXACTLY the same thing as when posters around here post a clip of Jesse Waters or someone like that interviewing dumb lefties on the street. If the one is irrelevant and unfair, they both are.

With this great new plan that saves everyone money my monthly payment would go up $167 per month and end after 25 years instead of my current 10 years. What a DEAL!
