Removing that context distorts the truth and makes them just FACTS™. So, you seem to have accidentally stumbled upon the point I have been making. Facts, even when seemingly true, do not necessarily mean it is true without the context.
If, at any point, you take a set of facts out of context, the overall true statement is no longer true.
