This is most likely made up. They are using the same law they passed so they could go after Trump. The women supposedly has a history of suing people to get them to settle and make her go away.
It's going to be hard, though, because Trump was liable for damages even though they said he didn't rape her. Is the same thing going to be done with Adams? They want to dump him anyway, so maybe this is their out.
