Biden’s FBI Ordered TN Highway Patrol to Release ‘Maryland Man’ Recently Deported to El Salvador After He Was Detained in 2022 Traffic Stop on Suspicion of Human Trafficking
The Tennessee Star learned on Wednesday that Kilmar Abrego Garcia, an alleged member of the Central American gang Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13)
who was deported to El Salvador under President Donald Trump amid legal action claiming the removal was by mistake, was suspected of being engaged in human trafficking by a Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) officer who detained him in December 2022, leading the THP to contact the FBI for guidance. Within two hours, the FBI ultimately requested the THP release Garcia and the passengers in his vehicle. THP complied with the request.
The Star learned from sources familiar with the incident that Abrego Garcia was stopped for an unknown reason on December 6, 2022, and that the THP officer responsible for the stop immediately discovered Abrego Garcia was transporting seven passengers, with eight individuals inside the vehicle.
During a nearly two-hour traffic stop, the THP officer determined that Abrego Garcia (pictured above) was operating the vehicle without a valid driver’s license and began searching for information about him.

Democrats hit rock bottom and pulled out a jackhammer.
The party is in a downward spiral, but they still haven't hit bottom yet. That day will come when Bernie endorses AOC's presidential bid. She's the only politician on the planet who could make Harris look intelligent.

Even snakehead (James Carville) is calling for a split within the Dem party in order to pare off the loony left wingers.
They’re simply victims of their own success at controlling media and institutional messaging for so long. Now so many are completely brainwashed they can’t tell the difference between up and down.
If you ask me.... This looks like excellent news for republicans in 2028........ I knew that the Democratic party as a whole was stupid, but this exceeds my wildest dreams........

Inside Democrats' scramble to travel to El Salvador
Democrats are rushing to organize trips to El Salvador as President Trump refuses to comply with a Supreme Court order to facilitate the return of a Maryland resident who was erroneously deported to the country.
Why it matters: It's not just about one deportee, or even immigration policy, lawmakers say. "This is about a president of the United States defying the Supreme Court and wanting to be a king," said Rep. Robert Garcia (D-Calif.).

While I agree with sending MS-13 gang members back to El Salvador, there's no good evidence saying that he is actually part of the MS-13 gang.
A gang member who was arrested in the New York said that he was in the New York branch of the gang, even though he has never been in New York.
That's it. They have no other evidence. They gave him no opportunity to explain himself before they sent him to El Salvador.

This is an interesting one. None us really have all the information as it has only been partially released. He is in fact a felon because he entered the US illegally. He is a citizen of El Salvador so while US courts can insist he be returned they can tell them to go pound sand. It will be something to follow.

He hangs out with them as a possible prospect while dependable sources say he is in with the gang.
Regardless, he’s only beaten his wife a couple of times. He should be allowed to reach the ‘third time is a charm’ status.

The ban would apply to AR-15 and AK-47 style semiautomatic rifles, tactical shotguns and some handguns. Buyers can only purchase banned weapons if the magazine has a maximum capacity of 15 rounds and
is welded, epoxied or soldered on.
How the heck do you reload a magazine that is welded, epoxied or soldered on to a gun? This makes no sense. What am I missing?

Yea, it is going to make everyone re register. That will be a pain. Hopefully they will be able to work out a way to make it easier. Issue they are solving is pretty important as over the last 10 or so years just like the mess DOGE is finding the voter records are in the same shape. While we are cleaning things up might as well be thorough.
It would not surprise me to find all kind of weird things I could only dream of in my oddest nightmares ...
I registered under the parameters they currently require years ago. I had to provide my birth certificate, my social security card, my marriage certificate and my driver's license. It was a pain in the [BLEEP] 15 years ago when the population in my county was at least 1/4-1/3 less than it is now and they had twice the number of employees.
There is absolutely no reason for me to go through that again.
Again, I get the reasoning behind it but I don't agree with some aspects of it.

Just that the people who write these idiot laws don't know what the [BLEEP] they're talking about.
