People connected to pedophilia need to be put in a colony for the rest of their lives. Let them see the outdoors, sure. Let them have some quality of life if possible, but, above all, keep them fenced in and supervise all of their communication.

Pedophiles are almost universally male. The women who are involved in pedophilia are enablers, not perps. They know better, and should be punished, but they can be let out when their term is up.

Dude, they should [BLEEP] be put down like a rabid animal. They deserve nothing. Ever.

You and I will not debate this. Period. I've said what I have to say about it.

Youre approaching it from the ethical rather than the plausible.  Shooting them would be ethical, as long as you were sure they weren't framed. If the colony doesn't work, then we can shoot em.
But going straight to shooting them is not plausible.  Voters and police need to buy in first. Right now there's not even voter support for the colony.  Voters think we should just put em in a database and let em loose with minimal supervision.  Democracy unfortunately usually means baby steps.

Right now in the state of FL we generally lock em up for a while, then put them in a database, then let them out.
Ron DeSantis thinks that's fine.  Rick Scott thought that was fine.  Charlie Crist thought that was fine.
Should they all shut up too?

I was fed up with him a loooooong time ago.  Way before he entered politics.
Mike Lindell is an idiot. He built a nice little pillow empire for himself with a lot of hard work and then mixed politics with business. He gave not one single thought to the welfare of his employees.
I enjoyed Trump's CPAC speech tonight. Very Presidential.
But January 6th and Tweets.
The IRS has released its income and tax statistics for 2020, and the top 1% of earners pay 42% of all the taxes collected. The bottom 50% of earners pay 2% of all the taxes collected.

Now tell us what % of GDP those groups earned as income.

The 1% of earners who paid 42% of all the taxes collected earned 22% of all the adjusted gross income reported on income tax returns, so their share of the income taxes paid is roughly double their share of the income.

The bottom 50% who paid 2% of all taxes collected earned 10% of the adjusted gross income reported on income tax returns, so their share of income taxes paid is roughly 1/5 of their share of the income.

What about before deductions, raw income?

I'm not sure what you mean by that.  Can you give me an example?

He’s trying to justify that the rich do not pay their fair share.

Adjusted gross income is not true income.  It is income minus deductions.  In 2022 the standard deduction is over $12k.  You can still buy stuff with that $12k.  Most people do.

I really have no idea about what anyone's fair share of anything is, and anyone who says they're sure about it is selling something.
