Once the US chooses to retire the airplane, then the US at its discretion could donate that airplane to the Trump library. But it would only make sense to do that after a newer and better airplane for the President is online. And a backup too.

I wonder about the viability of this aircraft ever being used as AF1. It's not as simple as putting a paint job on it. The planes used by the POTUS today have substantially upgraded airframes, powerplants, electronic suites (communications, navigation, countermeasures, etc.) and life support systems (nuclear, biological and chemical). Not to mention onboard emergency medical facilities. Plus, whatever other secret squirrel stuff is incorporated into them. Upgrades of that order might be done by the time the new aircraft are ready, but I doubt it. It all depends on the resources allocated to the effort.
Wouldn't it be cool if they even had an escape pod like in the movie Escape From New York?

The lawfare was a distraction. A better Senate would have convicted Trump during either of his impeachments, and none of the "lawfare" would have been needed.
Criminal investigations were never the right avenue because you were never going to find a 12 member jury that would be unanimous about removing Trump's right to run for office.
If there were just 10 more Republicans in the Senate who were willing to stand up for themselves, we wouldn't have having this conversation.
Things Biden did wrong were not comparable. Biden was never impeached. Biden and Kamala accepted his election loss. Are they perfect, no. Is Trump the bigger problem? Yes. Is Trump despite all of that, achieving good things as President? Perhaps. Time will tell.
