Why wasn't he tried for crimes like that?
He is a citizen of another country, here illegally. He had 2 appearances in front of a immigration judges. He was initially to be sent home. On appeal they issued a stay on that order. He chose to continue to be a problem after that. Predictably with any guest that wears out their welcome. He was sent home for them to deal with him as they choose.
DOJ Investigating Kilmar Garcia’s 2022 Traffic Stop In Tennessee
The Department of Justice is looking into the traffic stop of Kilmar Abgrego Garcia by the Tennessee Highway Patrol in 2022, according to ABC News.
Abrego Garcia, a Salvadoran national, gained headlines after being deported from Maryland to an El Salvador prison by the Trump administration. Abrego Garcia had unlawfully entered the United States in 2011. The Tennessee Highway Patrol revealed body camera footage from their November 2022 interaction with Kilmar Abrego Garcia, which was initially acquired by Fox News.
At the time, state authorities suspected Abrego Garcia of human trafficking and pulled him over for speeding. He was in the automobile with eight other persons.

You know that everybody on the plane lands at the same time, right?
You know they all get off the plane in front to back order, regardless of when they got on, right?
I honestly can't remember when you've been right about anything. That's quite a streak you have going.
Statistically speaking, it must have happened sometime. I suppose I go back over the last 500 pages, but that really would be looking for a needle in a haystack. I'm feeling somewhat magnanimous today, so I'll unconditionally admit that you were right at least once in the last 5 years. Not today, and probably not in the political section, but somewhere, sometime, since 2020.

You know that half the people in back jump up and flood to the front to get off before the people in front of them, right? Almost like illegals jumping the border to get in front of people attempting to immigrate the right way.

But if they actually had evidence that he committed other crimes, they could have tried him for those.
What do you mean "he chose to continue to be a problem" after a federal judge granted him a stay of removal? What did he do after that time?

I've seen one guy do that, once, and he got booed.
If there is someone who needs to get off first, usually the flight attendants announce that.
One time I had a delay for my first flight, and it was going to make my connection close. The flight attendants asked multiple times to not stand up unless you had a close connection. In spite of that, I had to say, "excuse me, do you have a close connection?" three or four times before I finally got off the plane. People really really don't like getting off the plane in any order other than front to back. They resist.

I understand. If you admit that I'm right about one thing, you'll have to wonder if I was right about something else. It's scary. It's much more warm and cozy to have an enemy. Don't worry. I'm glad to be the Goldstein to your Winston if you need that. But I'm right about this and I'm right more often than I'm wrong.

Good question, he should have been sent back to his country of origin the first time he was picked up. End of story.

Perhaps, but not if his country were just going to put him in prison without trial.
Think about it: if a Cuban dissident comes here, do you send them back to Cuba? What about a Venezuelan dissident? People who you know are going to end up in prison for their opinions. Do you send them back?

Get off it bud. When you begin asking endless questions like this is a sign you know you are wrong and that is all your left with.. Your wrong here. The fact you cannot accept it is your issue. Maybe some help with this? I am worried about you.

Are here illegally? YES!
I guess the Cold War really is over then. Begun, the race war has.

The fact that you accept ideas like "he was in a gang" and "he continued to be a problem" without evidence is your issue.
Unfortunately the shame of what you and voters like you accept is on all of us.

The issue is the evidence is there and was reviewed by 2 judges. They also agreed he was MS-13. They saw the evidence. The issue you have is that doesn't fit your agenda so you ignore it. Also, when someone has a different opinion you just fall back to the old demonize them tactic. Any shame is on you and you alone.

Well done. The time honored classic act a desperate democrat, accusing someone they are losing a debate to of racism.
Look pal, I don’t care where you are from, don’t care about your race, color, creed or religion. If you are here ILLEGALLY, it’s back to your country of origin.
When someone pulls out "The Race Card", it's usually an indication that they are out of valid points to support their argument.... It's the tactic of a loser........
Where was all this concern for process and rule of law when illegals were streaming across the borders by the millions?
Sorry, Mike, but after the last four years of abject contempt for process when it came to immigration, draconian COVID measures and illegal payouts, leftists destroying cities and campuses, and myriad other displays of disdain for rule of law while your party sat on their hands or encouraged it, your plea to defend a scumbag is futile. No one cares except the TDS afflicted.

Please show where in those judge's orders they said he was MS-13.
Please explain what you mean by "he chose to continue to be a problem."

Please re read the last 10 pages of posts where this has already been done more than once. You just ignored it. I choose not to go in circles with you. Switched tactics from demonization? What a pigeon you are....
