Basically every member of the Supreme Court going back more than 200 years does, so, sure. Free people are counted in the census, and those not free count as 3/5 of a person. The language is pretty clear, if outdated.

Whatever, I can point the way but not understand things for you. Maybe go read those two transcripts from the judges it will have the minute minutia that you require to believe anything.

I actually read the summaries. It was tough getting there. I believe it was to the district websites. if I remember how I found them I'll do the work for you.

It's a funny video.
No one in the US is ever going to check all the boxes for wanting to do things the German Nazi party did.
But there will be folks in the US who want to be dictators, who want to stop, rig, or ignore elections, who want the other parts of government to be window dressing instead of coequal, who want to imprison folks without trial.
It's not wrong to call such people Nazis. They are on both the right and the left, but you can't deny that the ones on the right hold more sway with Republicans than the ones on the left do with Democrats, at least for now.
